I think that it varies quite a bit from domain to domain actually. Overall
STs for the last year or so have been encouraged to avoid using ghosts and
spirits by the Addendum, simple reason being that both can pretty much slap
the average Kindred around like a school girl. The powers the beings have
really have few to no defenses on the Kindred side and only a couple
bloodlines that can really do much against them.

That said, however, there have been and are plotlines that rely heavily upon
the use of spirits including one in the NW that uses Regional and National
approval spirits (uses his character's Arcane Sight to check his own aura
before waving to a 2 foot long spiritual locust keeping an eye on him) and
there are several STs that occasionally throw in haunted houses (with
Halloween coming up.... imagine that ;) )

hey guys that brings up something that I have been thinking about for a
while. What exactly is the offical rullings and the general fluff that we
are using dealing with ghosts, as a bloodline? I know that our level 3 and 5
cattiveria disciplines work on ghosts, but does the line deal with ghosts on
a regular basis or is it more geared twards undead things (like kindred and
zombies)?

the reason I ask is because I have been wanting to branch out to more of the
ghost hunter type concept with my character, but can not find any hard and
fast rules or fluff for dealing with them as a member of the family.

just thought I would ask everyone else what they thought.

thanks
