Well in the SETUP outgoing I send
messageType = 5
Bearer-Capability IE = {
88, c0, a5 }
then I get an Alerting message with no Bearer Capability then I get a
Connect msg
messageType = 7
Bearer-Capability IE = {
80, 90, a3 }
... but I still don't understand why the Cisco doesn't accept anything
on the port it has sent me surely the next stage is using that port to
negotiate codecs? The debug output is
Local H.245 port is 12032 (outgoing, ooh323c_o_1)
Trying to connect to remote endpoint to setup H245 connection
192.168.1.10:4044(outgoing, ooh323c_o_1)
Warn:Failed to connect to remote destination for H245 connection - will
retry after 2 seconds(outgoing, ooh323c_o_1)
... and I inserted code to print errno and it's 111.
