Forgot another "requirement" (rather a wish): Please enable xml-rpc interfaces or similar for whatever gets chosen, so it is easy for IRC-Bots and similar to retrieve issue-information by ID Current OOo's bugzilla has broken xmlrpc setup previously used version was too old, and thus one needs to parse the website's output. (at least here is xml-export and csv export for Bugzilla, not sure whether there is something similar for jira) ciao Christian
