Has someone already thought about the license for the included JRE?

With releases from Sun/Oracle we put the JRE into (many) installation sets
to make it easier for the user with the installation. But it's also required
for some features as the Base module and some wizards.
How can we continue this? Is the license compatible?
Presumably our Windows install includes Microsoft redistributable
binaries as well, MSVCRT DLL, etc.?
AFAIK yes, so another dependency that needs to be considered for a
release. But I don't know for what it is used and if there is a
possibility to avoid or exchange this.
