Good point. I was concerned that folks doing site QA are probably not into ooo-dev and being asked to discuss it there could be more frightening than on ooo-user. I also thought it might elicit some ooo-user contributors.
On the other hand, having too many folks with their hands on the ooo-site URL could become troublesome in the future.
