From a community development perspective? This statement is just stress on who are the maintainers, and if I recieve e-mails, I'll ask submitters to submit to bugzilla or mailing list. In my experience, reports are build breakages, which are not essential. They usually e-mail me directly or [email protected]. Anyway, [email protected] is not so active :-( Thanks Nakata Maho
