Your new issue is indeed a duplicate of 116639, which was a known bug in
OOo 3.4 beta and is related to localization: some print options are not
shown until certain strings have been translated,
Anyway, please, mark this defect of Print dialog as "3.4_release_blocker"
This is probably part of
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118895
(meaning: when the localization files are properly imported, this issue
will be solved automatically for all teams that had translated those
strings). Now, I would have kept 118895 as a release blocker but the
flag was removed recently...
