1. all of the files that are to be removed are present on apache-extras,
2. the main/external_deps.lst file in our current source release has
references to apache-extras for all the files that are to be removed.
If anybody knows a reason not to delete the category-B tarballs from
SVN, please speak up, otherwise I will remove them at the end of the
week.
