One thing to think about is if we should remove the category A tarballs too.
I thought about that, too, and I think we should.
At least when updating boost I decided not to upload it because it's
rather big. Plus I think infra would appreciate us using mirrors for that.
As far as I know codespot.com, on which ooo-extras.apache-extras
resides, is a Google service. I don't know how much their infra people
like the idea.
