Summary: When exporting to the .pdf format, even though I make
choices to lock up the document so that it can not be
copied, emailed, printed, etc. the .pdf file still
shows the features that I don't want available-read

When exporting to the .pdf format, even though I make choices to lock up the
document (attach a password for changing, but not for opening) so that it can
not be copied, emailed, printed, etc., the .pdf file still shows the tool bar
to allow these features that I don't want available-read only is critical-I
also need these security functions for e-books.
