Ariel, no special doc needed. I made two screencasts: First AOO34, then purged the install, installed OOo33 and repeated the case 5 minutes later. Same machine, same printer, huge difference. The printer is online, no sleep mode, ... I can reproduce the issue with a vanilla Win7 install and even on a WinXP machine. I checked with several PC and network printers: All showed this effect. I also tried the current LibO release: same behavior as AOO34. OOo33 is printing at once, later releases have this 10 second delay.
