[Bug 120006] New: I select a row in a spread sheet and did a CNTL V to copy. I move to a select field to do a paste. However when I open Edit the Specical Paste was not available. It was in the older version.

I selected a row in my spread sheet and sid a CNTL V to copy.  Then I move to a
different row and select Edit.  The Paste Special was not available.  It was in
the previous version 3.3.
