[Bug 120006] I select a row in a spread sheet and did a CNTL V to copy. I move to a select field to do a paste. However when I open Edit the Specical Paste was not available. It was in the older version.

I've been out of town.  The row in my spread sheet consided of a date, text,
formulas, and numbers.

I tried reloading OpenOffice 3.4.  It seem to resolve the problem, but not for
long.  I tried to copy a row using CNTL C.  I wanted to do a Paste Special, but
it was not available in the Edit menu nor was the Paste.  I closed the
spreadsheet and reloaded it.  Now the Paste and Paste Special became available
in the Edit menu.  It is odd that this bug did not happen in OpenOffice 3.3.
