The error does not occur in an English version, but you see it in a Dutch version. It is sufficient to install the Dutch language pack. The error is as described, selecting the item {tab} from the field delimiter drop-down list, gives the character { instead of a tab in the resulting csv file. The drop-down list looks odd.
