Description:
When dealing with images I can use the Draw function to open up the draw bar. I
can put shapes on the image like the one attached, but cannot use the text
tool. If I select the text tool and try to write on the image, the image will
become selected and the text tool will not write or be selected. It acts as if
I am selecting the image without the tool.
The text draw function will not work on an image

Reproduction steps:
writer -> show draw functions -> upload image -> use text tool
Environment
Windows 7 64bit, PC / ASUS laptop
