Most of the mail lists I participate in include something to indicate
the forum name in the message subject. This makes it a lot easier to
identify mail list messages from what might otherwise look like spam. Is
it possible for this list to do the same? IIRC, the old OOo list
included "Users" in the subject line and libreOffice includes
"libreoffice-users".

The To; line in the email header on the post you just made is:

OpenOffice <[email protected]>

I believe what you seek is already there.

I know it's there, but I have my mail reader configured to show a short header that lists only the subject, sender and date. To show that other info means the header takes up several lines, instead of one. Also, above the message area is the message list, which also does not show that info and that's where I make my decision on whether to click on "junk" for that message. I scan that list, before starting to read messages, to find & mark spam. With some of the messages on this list, I cannot look at that list and know whether it's likely spam or not.
