Simon, if you want to write up and propose a conduct code for this list, you are welcome to do that and post it on ooo-dev where we can discuss, and the PPMC can decide if we want to adopt it. Until then as list moderator you have a ability to help filter the spam that Apache SpamAssasin misses, and to help confused people unsubscribe, but nothing more.
