Some parameters can be configured via command line, so this way it is
inpossible to use only the oopsctl program.
So my idea is the all of these arguments such as initial thread pool size,
the limit of this pool, and maybe the most important: the verbosity should
be in the oops.cfg. Opinion?
PS, Grin told me if He configure like You said, the oops will make a
direct connection and doesn't use any parent. Can it be forced to use that
parent?
