This can be not a problem: some servers can send data instead of headers.
OOPS just inform about this and switch to trasparent data pumping in this
case.

If this was a real problem with 1.4.29 I have to solve it. Can you collect
as much info as possible (exact sequence which lead to problem, your config,
verbose logs). The problem is that I can't reproduce it.
