yes, please.
It would be great to have a platform independent reference, and just split
off the platform specific stuff to "ooRexx on X" manuals (where X is a
variable, not my OS).
This is because:
- it does not bother or confuse one with things that are impossible on a
specific platform
- it enables and helps one to write platform independent code
- will help standardization efforts
