I seem to remember that there are restrictions on attachments to posts 
on this list.  Perhaps there might be another place to make it 
available, say the Build machine?  I know that I, for one, would be 
interested in seeing (at least) the PDF output.  And, as I have been 
generating documentation patches for 4.0.0, I'd also be interested in a 
document on 1) what tools are required to build a PDF (on Windows) from 
a working copy and 2) the (somewhat) detailed directions to do so.
