I've noticed in building on different Linux systems that the rexximage process does not complete when there is no rxapi running to begin with. You can verify by doing ps aux | grep rex and you will see the lt-rexximage process still running after the build finishes. (Forget the exact name of lt-rexximage.) What I do when building and this happens, is install the rpm so that rxapi is running, then rebuild the rpm. This always works for me.
