I've noticed in building on different Linux systems that the rexximage
process does not complete when there is no rxapi running to begin
with. You can verify by doing ps aux | grep rex and you will see the
lt-rexximage process still running after the build finishes. (Forget
the exact name of lt-rexximage.)
What I do when building and this happens, is install the rpm so that
rxapi is running, then rebuild the rpm. This always works for me. If
you check the size of rexx.img you will see the first one and the
second one are different in size.
