Apologies David -- I haven't been reading all the e-mails under this
subject. What version of ooRexx is this? Sounds a bit like a problem I
had with early 3.0.x with heavily multi-threaded Rexx invocations. Ended
up putting a mutex around RexxStart until first call came back in.
(I think all fixed in later ooRexx 3.2 and 4.00.)
