This is very strange. I can perform builds by hand, just not with my build script. It always chokes on the invocation of the makeorx.bat command. And the characters '>>' do not appear anywhere in my build script.
You can look at the script. It is on the build server at \builds\scripts\orxbuildwin.rex.
