No.

As you may not have noticed, the MacOSX package runs under the tag (and
folder) "experimental" and as such cannot (at least should not) be
mistaken to be an official release. The students who have created that
installation package have been still working on the scripts to create
BSF4ooRexx installers for MacOSX (but also for Windows, which work
nicely already, and have been tackling Linux installers, starting out
with a deb-installer, still to be completed). Once their work is
concluded, I would like to incorporate their work into the BSF4ooRexx
trunk, which is possible by their opensource license. (That work also
comes with a double-Bachelor thesis explaining and documenting their
work, which will be great.)

The number "4.1.1" hints that the included version of ooRexx for MacOSX
is the one from the branches folder based on 4.1, as per the
explanations of Rick a couple of weeks (months?) ago, which - if I
remember correctly - is meant to allow eventually a 4.1.1 release, if
desired. This version incorporates a fix for MacOSX for a bug which was
uncovered by testing BSF4ooRexx for MacOSX on the 4.1.0 version, and
hence this particular version of ooRexx is needed for BSF4ooRexx on MacOSX.

However, if the ooRexx team wishes so, I could suggest an official
release of that version of ooRexx as per the "experimental" MacOSX
installer to the BSF4ooRexx team, as that package looks quite stable
(and ooRexxTry.rxj looks like a genuine Apple applications with the
icons the menu being placed at the Apple menu bar and the like).

HTH,
