the program P.O. supplied in his zip-archive can be run under Windows *if* -
after unzipping it -
one moves the files "eu.txt" and "eu_raw.txt" into the subfolder named "Data"
(the textfile
"ez_raw.txt" is missing from the zip archive) and then entering "rexx Tr DE EN
EU" which is actually
the version that should demonstrate the problem.
