If the millipoints are Adobe millipoints 77 adobe millipoints = 0.027 mm

I have also noticed errors/warnings while looking at the builds, I have put a
notice in my Dropbox if anyone wants to have a look, as Gil points out there
seems to be no visible changes in the output (of the PDFs at least).

I have also made minor changes to Book_Info.xml for ooconsole, oodguide,
oodialog and oosqlite to make them build, I will put the changes in my Dropbox
as well.

For Rony: the 3rd fix seems to have made the output almost identical to Erichs
fix. Rexxpg.pdf now have the same number of pages and all program listings now
look the same as in Erichs. But this is just of academic interest now, right?
Hats off to Gil and Erich for these advances!
