I think indeed this is the right place to ask ;-) I have been on vacation for
two weeks and did not notice this item, I normally trey to keep an eye on the
build process.
The last working 64 bit version is Revision 12682
The problem surfaced with Revision: 12688
fix RexxCreateQueue issues; add tests (Details)
by erich_st
I leave it to Erich to fix this, it seems there was a problem with rexxapi.dll,
here the last lines of the last build, for details look into Jenkins log.

file INSTALL cannot find
