I forgot I have also WSL Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS on Windows. The test in release mode crashes or freezes (IPO is supported and activated). The test in debug mode is ok (IPO is supported but not activated). When using a trace, the crash can occur at different places. This confirms that the patch should be reverted.
