s/Yahoo/Apache/g isn't sufficient, but that can be handled in subsequent
issues. Might as well let people do real work concurrently with the licensing
cleanup. There's an incubator project that does a basic scan, looking for
common issues:

It will likely be run before Oozie generates a release, so it's worth
developing conversational fluency with it.

If Oozie has previous releases, those can be imported as branches and tags. Is
there more than one active trunk?
