If the import into Apache (including its history, etc.) is successful then I
don't see the value, but deleting it is obviously not required. If retained, it
will require attention to ASF trademark policies that disallow (among other
things) referring to it as "The Yahoo Distribution of Oozie". However you elect
to manage that work (deleting the repo or bringing it into compliance) is up to
you.
