Sure - if it's just PMC members that would have access to the account, that's great too. I don't mind being excluded there, I'm just trying to get an account for announcements like that so oozie has a nice way to communicate out, esp now that it's in apache incubator and eventually a full fledged project. Originally, I was just volunteering to do that if people don't usually use twitter and would still like that evangelism done.
