Got the 'help' subcommand change. This is completely different from this JIRA,
it seems more appropriate a separate JIRA for it (apologies for misleading you
when you asked about this, I've understood something different).
Regarding the 'oozie timezones' subcommand, how about having an 'info'
subcommand where 'timezones' is an option? This would allow us later to add
other options to ask what XML schemas are supported, what actions are
supported, etc, etc.
