looks good, just a couple of final tweaks:
* there are a few lines (introduced) by the patch that are going well beyond
132 chars, please reformat those.
* OozieCLI & BaseAdminServlet when looping through the avail TZ, you are using
continue to skip some processing. would you modify the IF CONDITION so the
logic to exclude is within the IF BLOCK, then we don't use continue (it will be
easier to follow).
