Affects Version/s: 3.1.3
Updated 'affects versions'. It can be made part of 3.2.1 if we choose the
option of this maven profile for compiling with Hadoop 0.23.1 instead of
packaging an additional POM file like the way we do for hadoop-1 and hadoop-2
currently.
Otherwise, this patch can be used by users who wish to extend yarn support for
their 3.1.3 setup.
