JIRA is currently down, so here it goes what I remember:

* OOZIE-477, I still have to review it (it has been a crazy week so far,
I'll do it for sure by end of the week)
* the global/parameter schema additions
* making all commands to use a single JPAExecutors for writing changes
* a timezone related feature that I'm still trying to define/scope, will
open JIRA with details THU or FRI.
