In addition to the JIRAs Alejandro listed, I would like to see the
following go in 3.3 as well

OOZIE-848 Consolidated view of jobs
OOZIE-943 Improved exception reporting during Services startup

Both are in final stages of review. Helps that they are on ReviewBoard and
should not be affected by the (still existing) JIRA downtime.
