Could you please document this message. It is in fact quite "normal"
for Windows to give such dire-sounding messages to users who try to
install non-Microsoft packages. But I have not seen any such message
when install the andLinux version of FriCAS.

Ah, Microsoft-induces paranoia - isn't it a wonderful strategy for a
proprietary software company! :-)

I think you are definitely providing a service to the community by try
to install FriCAS and OpenAxiom on Windows.
