Although some of the original designers have already "passed-on", I doubt that praying will be much help. :-) It wont happen unless we continue to try to do. Referring to actual implementations right now is unavoidable because what we are doing is really "archeology" since the existing documentation (for Axiom at least) is not sufficient.
