 From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amen
The word Amen (Hebrew: אָמֵן, Standard Amen Tiberian ’Amen ; Arabic:
آمين‎, ’Āmīn ; "So be it; truly") is a declaration of affirmation found
in the Hebrew Bible and New Testament.

Does the mean that "Amen" is always connected to praying?

You are right concerning "archeology", but whatever proposal we give
should be a clear specification without referring to an implementation.
What we do now is just trying to extract this specification from
Aldor/panAxiom and then clearly write it down. Maybe the future
specification will not be as any implementation is today.
