I would like to say that the name isn't important but the recent suggestions lack, somewhat, in 'seriousness'. For the name ogre there's already www.ogre3d.org (i.o.w. taken) and with the name ogzilla it sounds , well, a bit like some asian electronic company with the marketing department gone haywire (just looking at abit's homepage and the latest intel motherboard: 'Fatal1ty' - makes me cringe). How about something with techsource combined with graphics or open graphics, like 'opentech3d'. Does it need to contain the word open? Maybe 'Field Programmable Graphics Architecture' (=FPGA), to emphasize the cards re-programmability? ;-) No disrespect intended!
