I don't want to presume to much, but svn seems to be setup on duskglow already, if Russell doesn't mind, and the load isn't to much, how about that instead?
svn shouldn't be a too steep learning curve for people familiar with cvs. Alternatively, if cvs is to be prefered, how about freedesktop.org?

My only requirement is that whoever hosts it provides DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it. I am familiar enough with CVS to use it. But I really want to avoid learning something auxiliary to my primary jobs here which are chip design and PR.
