I'm sure there's a way, but I am using OOo for the convenience of
using a word processor.  Doing something else would be less
convenient.

I want to produce the greatest amount of documentation in the shortest
length of time.  If someone else would like to take what I write and
convert it to latex, let them.  If you have another word processor in
mind that I should use, suggest it.  But I'm not going to waste time
manually typing inline document formatting codes.
