I don't care about that either.  Besides, Windows drivers are written
in C anyhow.  They don't even provide graphical tools for compiling
drivers--you have to use command-line tools for that.

We'll have C code which can be reused or rewritten or whatever that
does basic stuff that drivers need to do, and the Windows guys can do
what they want with it.
