As i explained in my previous mail, they do not sell
that much hardware with graphics cards.

Then you have to find someone within IBM that supports your
idea. One at most at 4th level from the top.

In the end, i would let the contract check by a lawyer.
But most founding contracts do not have the nasty traps
other kind of contracts have.

Not really, i helped to organize an OSS conference thus
saw a little bit behind the scenes, but i've never
negotiated myself.

Learn: IBM does not want people to migrate to Linux.
They want people using their mid-range and big iron machines
and buy expensive support contracts.

Have you done some research what IBM makes its money with?
What they develop, what they spend their money for ?
I'd do that before even thinking about asking someone
about founding

I don't want to sound pessimitig or even arrogant, but
you should first do some research. Learn what the other side
does, what they would like to profit from. Also ask other
who already did similar things about their experiances and
for their advice.
