In the spirit of cooperation, how about we use the plurals: We saw, We came, We conquered. I don't know Latin, but the best I can determine, it's these: Venimus Vidimus Vicimus I'm not sure exactly how the Latin 'perfect' maps to how I generally understand tense and aspect to work, but I was thinking that we could do it in imperfect. The best I can determine, Latin imperfect includes things like English's progressive, so we could have something like: We are seeing, we are coming, and we are conquering. But I don't know how to conjugate that. :) How about in Japanese? :) kita, mita, seifuku shita (past) or kuru, miru, seifuku suru (non-past) _______________________________________________ Open-graphics mailing list [email protected] http://lists.duskglow.com/mailman/listinfo/open-graphics List service provided by Duskglow Consulting, LLC (www.duskglow.com)
