No matter what, the result is a higher price.

common or more as component failures.

Oh, and more than a few times, I've accidentally ripped capacitors off
of boards at Tech Source while doing testing.  Is that covered by
warranty?

ATI treated me well with a 9000 I have here whose fan went bad,
although I did have to send it to them first, which was inconvenient,
but I'm not sure I would do it differently.
