Yes, please do.  Of course, with OGD being a hobbyist board, we need
to build in some more lee-way.  Soldering to the PCB will void the
warranty, as well as if you zap it because you didn't use proper ESD
protection.  But the warranty should cover some things that other
things (like the OGC) won't allow.
