Looks like a wikispam bot to me.
That is a risk of running a wiki page that requires no login or validation.

Anyways i send a abuse report to geocities..
And they seem like a lazy lot to me, since you need to login/register
before you are able to whine at then. sigh..
I love my "don't bug me" plugin. ^_^
